Candidates' responsibilities will include performing agricultural work related to growing flowers, ornamental shrubs, greenery for ikebana, etc.

Job description and responsibilities:
Planting and transplanting plants:
  • Preparing the soil, planting seeds and seedlings, transplanting plants into pots or large beds.
Plant care:
  • Watering, fertilising, pruning, tying up plants and removing weeds.
Microclimate control:
  • Maintaining the required temperature, humidity and lighting levels in greenhouses, using heating and ventilation systems
Plant protection:
  • Treatment of plants against pests and diseases, application of pesticides and fungicides, monitoring of plant condition.
Harvesting:
  • Picking flowers and plants, sorting and packing them for further transport or sale.
Maintaining cleanliness:
  • Cleaning of work areas, disinfection of tools and equipment, waste disposal.
Record keeping:
  • Recording crops, maintenance and harvesting, filling in logs and reports on work completed.
Preparation for sale:
  • Preparing flowers and plants for sale, creating bouquets and arrangements, packaging products.
Working hours:
  • Working days: 5–6 days a week;
  • Working hours: 8–10 hours a day.
