We are offering positions for unskilled workers in factories and on farms. You will become part of a professional team and work in a safe environment that complies with all health and safety regulations.

Contract details:
  • Passport type: European or biometric;

  • Position: Unskilled worker;
  • Experience: Minimum 1 month;
  • Education: Secondary;
  • Languages: Knowledge of Russian is required for communication in the workplace;
  • Country: Poland.

Factory:
  • Raising and caring for poultry;
  • Processing poultry meat;
  • Packaging products in accordance with factory standards;
  • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace.
Farm:
  • Feeding and caring for poultry;
  • Cleaning and maintaining premises;
  • Preparing poultry for transport to the processing line.
Working hours:
  • Working days: 5–6 days a week;
  • Working hours: 10–12 hours a day.
Required documents:
  • Passport/identity card;
  • Birth certificate (for minor children, if applicable);
  • Other identification documents in accordance with Polish law.
Employment procedure:
  • Participation in an interview with the employer;
  • Provision of necessary documents;
  • Signing of an employment contract and completion of training;
  • Obtaining a work visa (if required);
  • Relocation to the place of work and commencement of employment.
Rules and regulations:
  • Unjustified absences from work, tardiness, or failure to comply with company rules and regulations are not permitted.
  • The consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances is strictly prohibited.
